Top notch. I had a small problem, almost nothing really, but Al and gang were absolutely great to deal with, never making me feel bad even when I incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and (due to exhaustion) was unclear about a few things concerning the setup of my bike. Will absolutely use this shop again, and tell anyone I know to do so as well.
Extremely knowledgeable, Very thorough, Great prices, and Exemplary customer service. I will bring my Sportster to Al for everything!
