While the man was polite on the phone and did his best to accommodate our schedule, he set his arrival time for the morning, around 10, I believe. By noon, I was wondering where he was or if he was coming since I had heard nothing from him. I called to find out what was going on. He explained they were running behind. Okay...no problem. He showed up around 2. Then, within 2 days, our septic tank was full again. I kind of feel like we wasted $350.
