RecommendedWe became RVr's about a year ago. I really wasn't interested in taking our rig back to the dealer as I had heard so many dealer horror stories. I was very fortunate to find Al's. Local company with fantastic service. We break it and he fixes it. Always ends up better than it was.

Since I have been RVing I have experienced the agony and long periods of holding your RV hostage of returning to the dealership for any kind of warranty work or service work period. I brought in my 36 Ft Grand Design Solitude to Al on 11-18-19 for some miscellaneous repairs and a complete safety check. Al, his wife Amanda and the entire staff were friendly, willing to spend the time to explain my options and made excellent recommendations. This is the absolute best place to bring your trailer or RV! Attention to detail on your equipment is second to none!
Our travel trailer did not have brakes and our heater had stopped working. We made an appt. with Al's RV with the hope that they could complete the job in one day because we were living in it. We arrived for our appt. and was greeted by 2 mechanics who immediately began to work. They were knowledgeable and definitely knew exactly what to look for and they had us on our way in an hour and a half!
