RecommendedAl’s has never let us down! For our home and our business. He never walked away of a situation that seem hopeless. He would ALWAYS do his due diligence to achieve the absolute best that he possibly can. He always keeps us updated throughout the process, be it cost or otherwise. Honestly and trustworthy is how I would describe Al’s!!!
Sell simple parts.....they advertise as a Sub Zero vendor who would service me locally. All I need is a simple $3 switch and they don't sell it. They want me to have a service call and tech come out and diagnose and then order a $3 part. Ridiculous!
RecommendedI just had a great experience with Monte. He was the contracted repairman for my home warranty company. He did everything he could to fix my oven and determined that the part was discontinued and then called the warranty company while he was still here to get the ball rolling on a replacement (if that is what the warranty company decides to do). Multiple no shows or late arrivals. replaced the refrigerator that he "fixed"..had to have Sears come and fix the washer that he "fixed" no returned phone calls.. very poor service
Poor customer service. Piss poor, surly attitude from their repairman. What more needs to be said? A lot, but I'm too frustrated with them to waste my words.
