So So I found that this shop doesn't carry the latest and greatest but still does have a decent selection of bikes to pick from. Not only that they offer a wide selection of accesories to get you going and they also do repairs if needed. I found that their serivce is sub par and not entirely quick.
Not to friendly to customers If your wanting something now and don't feel like waiting for it this is the place to get what you want for cycling. If you want to save a lot it would be best to shop online. Everything is doubled the normal price online. After going here for about 2 month's because of repair's. A worker has shown negative attitude toward's me as a customer. Make's me feel uncomfortable going to a place again to purchase anything and getting repair's. I highly recommend Al's. After checking around to several bike repair shops, they were by far the fairest in pricing. I worked with Steve who went above and beyond in helping with a seat post that would not budge. He got the old post out and secured a new one for me. Great customer service. My husband came in looking for a specific part and the staff was so friendly to help. I was very stressed to get a part for memorial bike ride and they were so helpful. Thank you so much. I was able to get my cousins Freakbike back to the way he had it in time!
Always friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Prices on services and products are more than fair. I live within 5 minutes of a local shop in Flint, but I'll make the 20 minute drive to Davison for the customer service alone. Great shop.
went a couple years ago. absolutely wonderful customer service. kind and patient. fixed my bike trailer lifted it for me and fit daughter with a helmet.
