We discovered a blocked main line on a Sunday morning. Had water spewing out from the washing machine hose into the washing machine, onto the basement floor, and coming out of other pipes in the ceiling. Al's sent someone same day. He cleared the line, found another blockage, and got everything running perfectly again. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I am so glad I called Al's and definitely would again.

Call Al's on Saturday to repair basement faucets for washing machine. They offered to come on Sunday, but I scheduled for Monday to avoid the weekend. Repair went well. Mike, the plumber did a quick, neat job. I did have a dispute about the cost. I sent an email to the company, which the responded promptly to. The dispute was resolved amicably.

Mike and his team are personable, reliable and responsive. I have been very pleased with their services and have use them since I moved into my home 4 years ago. Special shouts to Mike Jr. and Cody for all of their help, all of the time.

I had a plumbing emergency at my house. Mike and his team came out to help me immediately. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, plus the price was reasonable! The staff were respectful, organized, and very informative. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs these services. Thanks Mike and Team!
