This place is where as heck there's also a place where you donate your free stuff to this location called " Loop Decor" I reached out to them to donate some furniture #1 when you call you get a text, then you text your questions or what you want to communicate then they reply with what ever just dry responses #2 ask for pictures and location then if they don't care for your stuff just blow you off. I have no clue where all the positive revews came from. They mishandled a routine assignment and did not take responsibilty for their error and did not deal with me honestly. I used them based on reviews even though they were not the lowest bid. I will never use them again
