They have a system of receiving that was a bit hard to understand at first, but I got it now. 1) You fill out the document on the small table outside the door. 2) Then you ring the bell. A tech comes out, reads the document, and takes your samples off of the table. Done deal! UPDATE: Recently, the drop-off of samples has improved. You fill out the document on that table mentioned, Ring the bell, and BAM! A tech quickly opens the door and chats a bit. VERY COOL! Thanks much!
