I had him change a tire for me and received attitude when I dropped off the wheel (off the bike) as well as when my wife picked it up. Al said that he usually doesn't install customer purchased tires. Then asked "do you bring Hamburger to McDonald's?" If he doesn't want the work, just say so! Charged $50 and didn't even discard the old tire I will never go back and highly encourage others to stay away!
