The staff at Al’s Mini Storage are fantastic. We were in need of a storage unit as soon as possible as we had a flood in our basement. We needed to get our belongings out immediately so mitigation could begin. At first there were no units available. I was put on a waiting list. The next day, we received a call. A unit was being vacated and it was ours. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!

I don't remember the name of the lady I spoke to, but she was very nice, helpful and quick. From the time I called it only took a few moments to get my account set up and paid for. They email the document so it's a super simple setup!

Easy to get a unit. Sign up was great! The gate isn't automatic like other storage places, so you have to get out of car, put in code, open gate (kinda heavy), get back in car, drive thru, get out of car, close gate. And this all over again to leave. For the price, there should be an automatic gate.
