Very disappointed...he put a used second( hand) part on my car which was not required and charged me as new part $200...he's a sly dog ....

Al has been honest and patient at explaining what is going on with my vehicle. On numerous occasions I had repeated questions to be sure and he had calmly answered them. My car was diagnosed and repaired without any extra hidden costs or misunderstandings of the problem. Great customer service! Professional, customer focused and honest are what you want from a mechanic. Highly recommend!!
