Had Alex coming over and replacing toilet/supply lines/dealing with clogs in the toiled/sink for the rental house. Alex handled the issue in very professional manner, not only fixing the problem but giving advise on avoiding those in the future. Alex fixed a few smaller things around the house and no or insignificant charge and didn't charge/markup materials that he had to buy and make extra trip to the store.
