They used to pick up samples, but no longer. The lab work is, I assume, accurate, but having to deliver samples takes a significant part of our day when required.
I have been sending environmental samples to all the big labs for 11 years and these guys are the best I have encountered. Significantly more friendly and interactive staff than the guys around the corner. The new micro-sized sampling sizes is a very smart business move that works perfectly in the real world, ie out in the field. Sampling for a full LNAPL or waste water set no longer requires lugging around a cooler with 20+L of water. I can fit more sample sets in one cooler.
