I was cycling south on Meridian Rd. approaching Sconce Rd, April 30 about 10:30 am. An Al's truck was stopped at the top of Sconce (west) at it's intersection with Meridian. Two cars passed me as I approached the truck so I was hugging the shoulder. It had started creeping forward and as I passed in front the driver hit the power. I cleared the right fender by inches.
