A friend of mine seems to have had a similar experience, as they had to reorder his, except for one item. He was not counting on having to come back in, as he needs to work the next day after the fitting, which didn;t quite "fit" the bill incurred. Also, sometimes their PR is not much, unfortunately, as they seemed shocked when I entered, as if I walked in by mistake, almost like they weren't expecting me of all people or a customer just perhaps. Can't say I would recommend this outlet, based on my experience recently.

Been here twice now and had a poor experience both times. The suits rarely fit, and any attempt to request a smaller size, or inquiry into a "slim fit" is met with a sigh, and response that the suit is "suppose to fit that way". When calling in sizes, they merely use them as suggestions, and will often bump you up a size or two. For the price you have to pay to rent the tux, you are much better off purchasing your own.
