Update: the company has been in contact and has worked with me on these issues, so I am changing my review score. They def. Need to work on their website still. It is completely off base. My son got his tux for prom here this year. The first issue was the website. I viewed it weeks before and the prices on the site were far lower than what we actually paid for a nice tux.
