I have taken my sons to Al's for the last few years for different occasions and the staff is always exceptionally helpful.
The lady working today April 29 had no bra on and had no respect.
Worst experience!!!, ordered a tuxedo a month in advance, when received was toooo big, due to inexperienced people they have working..was re-measured and guaranteed we would receive coat and vest on time for prom, 2 days before date of prom i went into store to check on items, told then it was in transit from warehouse and would be in by Friday, called back on Friday, was told not in or someone had picked it up, called Saturday , day of prom and was told that it was lost and out of there hands once it left warehouse and i wo... read more
Shalene was a lifesaver. I have a great appreciation for good customer service and she definitely met that mark for us.
