I have never been so disappointed in my life in a delivered floral arrangement. These were not the flowers I described or nowhere near the FTD photo. Not only do they look like half a bouquet of flowers from Wal-Mart they look as if they were just thrown in a vase. Thank you for ruining a special occasion. I will NEVER use him again. I should have taken the reviews seriously.
Your mother just doesn't want to hurt your feelings, Eddie. I ordered from Ga & Al forgot to deliver roses for my family. Then he went and bought something at the grocery store half- wilted. I have known Al since I was 12. He apologized and promised me a credit. He never processed it. He is a liar and a jerk. Don't shop here!
Living out of state it is always a pleasure to know someone with an eye for detail. Al has never let me down. My mother calls me and tells me of the most beautiful potted plant she has ever seen. Never late always on time.
Date of delivery was off by 6 days! Date was specifically written on the order, florist ignored the instructions. Substitution too - not even close to the arrangement pictured! Should have been pastel pink roses in a pink vase, sent a blue vase with multi-colored flowers, for $75 you could have gotten the date right at least. My Grandmother did not get her birthday present on her birthday. Very angry and disappointed, would not recommend.
