I think nepotism exists in this company. I applied many times before and cannot get my foot in the door. As someone seeking to return to working in the laboratory after a long time, I was hoping to get an opportunity to even start off at the entry level or basic lab job, but struggle to get that even. I would think that employers would consider taking back people in the workforce who have been unemployed for a while and to be given a chance?
