I strongly advise against using this lab due to their lack of transparency and serious violations, including denying access to online data, refusing to provide raw data to hide potential fabrication or sample switching, and failing to maintain proper refrigeration of samples; these professional misconducts and regulatory breaches have already been formally reported to CALA.
Super nice staff! & organized. Had to do some rush sampling after hours and both the inventory/bottle prep and Lab staff were super nice, organized and cooperative. Same situation on weekends so really appreciate their work. Thank you!
