The staff appeared to lack sufficient knowledge and were unable to address basic inquiries effectively.
No way to reach them on Saturday. Google says they are open, their phone voicemail says they are closed.
If I could rate lower I would. Staff including k palm acuses you of lying WHEN IT IS THEY WHO LIE and expect accountability when they won't even deliver accountability and management doesn't five two bits about its employees or customers. Buck off and go work for mcdonalds you amateurs.
