If I could leave zero stars I would. Inspector, Billal Siddiq, performed the safety inspection in December, Didn't upload the report so I was unable to register my car. I called to ask him to upload to register he told me its not necessary since the law changed on the 1st, unless you live in a specific county which still requires it. I do. He then told me doesnt have time for me, and hung up.
