Called to ask a question and was ranted at about that they are not a motorcycle shop. First of all, take MOTORCYCLE DEALER out of your business description if you are not a motorcycle shop! Secondly, learn some basic customer service, if you can’t answer a simple question without flying into a childish tantrum and hanging up, you must not have a lot of repeat customers.
Service mediocre, j'ai ramené ma tondeuse pour faire fixer, il l'as jamais fixer et ils ont chargé 80 piece pour rien
We got our tiller repaired and the service was excellent! Owner is very personable. We will return when needed.
