The whole team was great. The only problem was a team member named Jordan who was arrogant and rude to my staff. I was asked to post this review. Not my choice. But maybe Al should employ more Als and less Jordan's.
Tracy w/ Al's Concrete was very helpful with a repair issue we had. He was prompt, communicative, professional, and he also had a good sense of humor which brought some levity into the situation. If I have any concrete needs in the future, he will be the first person I call.
