This business does not service the east suburbs. The person that answered the phone seemed offended that I would ask him to come to my home so far from Coraopolis. Perhaps he should note his service area on his website so customers dont waste their time.
I was very impressed. I called on Christmas Eve and Al returned my call within an hour. When he arrived to clean the two flues, he was very professional, very thorough, and very helpful - not only answering my endless stream of questions but helping me find a solution to a structural problem I wanted to address. And to frost this cake, the price was much less than Id anticipated it being.I highly recommend Als Chimney Sweep. I wish everyone I work with was as professional and had this much integrity.
