Called to try and find out the process they took and was vary unprofessional about it, was told they assume they did it a certain way.
I have recomended several people to Al's. They have always been honest and accurate in their estimates and they stand behind their work. I have even received a second opinion from Al's on a car that was still under warranty from the dealer to make sure they weren't pulling the wool over my eyes (They were. Dempsey Dodge is not good and like to make up problems to fix). Al's also has great customer service, fair pricing and I have always had a great experience with them. I would highly recomend Al's.
Fair in the cost to repair and will stand by their workmanship.
