0 stars if I could! I couldn't think of another business that's more of a scam. My window wasn't rolling up so I took it here to get it diagnosed. 2 scams they tried on me: 1. They told me my window regulator wasn't working and that it would be $500 for the part and $100 for labor. I looked online and the part cost 30!!!! 2. I ended up doing the project myself to find out there was nothing wrong with the regulator. The window was just off it's track! I was driving a car that I just bought from Seattle to Las Vegas, and broke down. Had it towed to Al's on recommendation by AAA. They squeezed me in last minute, on a busy Friday before a holiday weekend. Everything went great, and I was back on the road in a few hours. It is much appreciated!

Al's Car Car over charged me for a repairing a vacuum leak on my 87 Honda Accord. I had a failed emissions and was referred to Al's from the Emissions company. I went to the location on Grove street and was greeted by Brad. Brad and I discussed the failed emissions and what the charge to repair would be. So glad to have found Al's Car Repair!!! I was looking for an honest and good auto repair service and boy did I find it at Al's Car Care! I took my car in (Fairview Ave.) for 60K service and they performed only maintenance items needed in the 60K "guidelines" and caught me up on a couple of other items that have my Honda-CRV running like a brand new car! Best Shop in Town!! Amazing service and helpful staff! I visited the downtown location and Brad helped answer all my questions and they even gave me a ride to work. My repairs were done on time and the price was very reasonable, defiantly the place to go for car repairs.
