If I could give less than one star I would. I got an estimate and he said he would order parts. I couldn't get a hold of him for two weeks and he completely forgot about it and didn't even seem to care. Not even an apology was offered. I'm taking my car to somewhere who actually cares about their customers.
My experience w/Al's was in 2009. I know, I'm a little late in getting this out. Anyway, someone rear ended my Jeep. I took my vehicle to Al because I heard he was good. That was an understatement. Al's is a great place. Al and his staff are very friendly. They make a bad experience better. The paint job was perfect. My vehicle looked like new again and after 2 years their work still looks great. I recently obtained a 1998 Neon in which the paint of the roof of the car has faded badly.
