Came across this ad for the bike i wanted at a stellar deal, and i called the shop directly. Jake was the associate i dealt with through a few calls on my part. Purchased and organized shipping from VA to TX. Every interaction i’ve had with AL’s bike shop, both through pinkbike and over the phone, have been very professional and personable. I would 10/10 buy another bike from them and would recommend to anyone.

Brought my son's bike today to get tuned up for the spring season. If you buy a bike here, they offer free tune ups for life! Everyone in the store today was warm and friendly. A+ for their customer service. I highly recommend this store! It's refreshing to meet people who care about their work and offer their very best no matter how small the job.
Truly outstanding service - went out of their way to ensure the bike fit and delivered it even though I live almost an hour from them! Both Al and Jake were fantastic and really cared!
