I have just moved in from out of state. I took my wife's bike here for a tune up and replacement tires. The job they did was nothing short of incredible and she could immediately feel the difference. Great selection of bikes and accessories. Kind staff, especially a fan of Royce when it comes to making sure my needs are all met. Jake Shortt is the most knowledgeable mechanic in the area. Highly recommend coming here for any biking needs, new bikes or service :)
We first went to this bike shop one day and met Al the owner, extremely nice and helpful so we decided to go back at a later date. (He is the reason for them even getting any stars in this review) So we went back there a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience.
