The most horrible attitude and complete lack of customer service out of any bicycle shop in the metro. I I ok old not reccomend or suggest anyone to visit or use Al's bicycle for any bicycle service work or any other bicycle needs. Total 0 out of 10

We bought my little cutie a new bike today!! Their curbside service during this quarantine was amazing!! The guy that helped us was so patient while my little man picked out his “dream bike!”

I’ve haven’t had a bike since I was a kid. Went in to Al’s over the last couple of months with loads of questions and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They have any type of bike you could want and made the selection process much easier. Super happy with my new Trek and can’t wait to put some miles on it!!
