I was met with poor customer service, I went in looking for help and recommendations on work I needed on a used bike I recently bought. The only suggestion I got was a tune-up even though realizing after I got the bike home the brake pads are in great need of replacing. The whole time I was in the shop, although being there well before closing and being the only customer in the store, the employee that helped me was dismissive and condescending. Recommended10/10 would recommend. I purchased my first real bike here, last week. Nothing but amazing help and customer service, with tons of knowledge.
I can't recommend this shop enough. Nathan and John went above and beyond to help me find the right bikes and accessories with no sales pressure whatsoever. Friendly atmosphere, clean shop, good selection- this how it's done right.
