Who in the world answers the phone after they have been drinking at Happy Hour and tries to sell a truck? When I spoke to Al on 8/12 around 5pm, he proceeded to tell me that he had been out drinking. Me, being a dealer, I made the sound decision to wait until the next day to try and do business with Al.
