These folks are awesome - they *really* know what they're doing and are SO helpful, professional, and kind. I couldn't be happier singing this place's praises.
They tell you it only be a 3-hour wait and then a 3 hour becomes a 5-hour wait becomes a 6-hour wait becomes a 7-hour wait because they can't seem to manage their own company avoid this company at all cost
Know an employee that quit because of not getting paid for jobs he completed On payday had no pay check. Made several personal calls and text to owner and office. Still no paycheck and office says his time sheets are missing how convenient. Have heard from several employees that this happened to them. Als is under new ownership and this is how they treat their employees.
Had great service. Al’s came all the way from Wellsburg, WV to Cambridge OH and I am so appreciative when all the local tow companies could not come or do not work with Triple A. Thank you!
Jeremy was great! Had to get a tow from Downtown Pittsburgh to Ohio. He assured two ladies far from home that everything was going to be ok. Greatly Appreciated. Will use Al's whenever possible. Thank you for emplyeeing a wonderful employee.
