Unless you’re law enforcement or an old friend, don’t expect good service. I took my vehicle in and was told the necessary part was on back order. After zero attempts to keep in touch or update; 18 months later, I ended up having to tow it to another mechanic, only to find out the engine was blown. Oh, and the part I was told was on back order?
