He professionally diagnosed the issue, estimated the cost, called me back for my concurrence, ordered the parts and repaired my vehicle in record time. Called to get an estimate he said I don’t do estimates over the phone I said okay tried to ask him how much it would be for me to bring my car in for him to check it out , he kept cutting me off saying (I told you I don’t do estimate over the phone) I was trying to tell him I would bring the car in to get checked out and if the was a charge for him to inspect the car but was cut off several times …rude and unprofessional wouldn’t even listen I can only imagine how the rest of his business is ran
Called in about Labor price. Guy over the phone very rude and incompetent. He Asked for VIN number after I told him the year, make and model. I Just wanted to know the price of labor?! If a person can’t bring the car up there unless you’re fixing it, what should a person do? You guys are missing a lot of business do to this smh
I will never visit this place again they quoted me a great price one day and when I called and showed the very next day he acted like he did not know who I was and he acted like he never talked to me or seen my face
I've been to this place so many times for me and my wife and Al and his crew are always great and respectful. They are very reasonable and work with the clients to the best of their ability. They are honest and hardworking people that make me and my family feel like family whenever we need to utilize their services. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
