At 8 PM, I saw an open gate at this location and drove in to check if the shop was operating. Inside, there were two clearly intoxicated individuals — one of them was holding a bottle of beer. Obviously, no one was working. Suddenly, one of them got into his car and hit mine while reversing. It was just a terrible experience. On Saturday evening, I urgently needed to fix a broken bolt. I came to this service, and he told me, “Okay, no problem, I’ll do it on Sunday.” He would need to remove part of the pipe, take out the bolt, and weld everything back together. I agreed because that’s exactly what I needed. I came on Sunday, we agreed I would come at 10. Al arrived at 12 or almost 1.
