I brought my 2011 Chrysler 200 in to the shop on Monday March 2nd for new brake pads. By Thursday, I was hearing a grinding noise. I took the car to my regular mechanic on Friday March 6th and he showed me the brakes, pictures below. The rear pad on the driver's side had come undone. Didn’t put my rack opinion right and took it to another shop without my consent to get fixed because there shop was closed now I can’t get alignment because it wasn’t placed right
