Muy mala experiencia cobran y no hacen bien el trabajo se hacen los estupidos un mal servicio no lo recomiendo no te dan recibo practicamente mi carro lo dejaron igual se quedaron con mi dinero no se aseguran que el trabajo que hicieron quedo bien no corren el carro te lo entregan mal el peor servicio cero recomendable🤬
My go-to neighborhood friendly auto shop. The nicest workers that show genuine care and honesty. Rare gem.
Went for a brake bleed. That went well enough. However, one of the techs overtorqued a wheel nut when reinstalling the wheel so heavily that the entire wheel can no longer be removed without going to another auto shop. This was despite me specifically cautioning them not to use too much torque to tighten the nuts. Price is fair but this was sloppy.
I was nervous about going to get tires because as a woman going to a mechanic shop you just never know. BUT Al’s Auto is the best in Pasadena. The owner Mr.Augustine was so kind and explained exactly what needed to be done. I needed all new four tires and it was a quick and an efficient services. Friendly staff and respectful. Definitely going back if I have any car issues. The best, I swear. Thank you Mr.Augustine!!
