As a woman, I fear the mechanics like someone would fear the dentist. But Al made me feel taken care of that he explain how my car ended up not working properly and with respect. There was no condescending tone or inconvenience felt- at all. And that makes such a difference to customers who are women! Grateful to have a fair pricing and a friendly mechanic in the neighborhood. I would recommend Al in a heartbeat.
