A neighbor hit my car and left some damage that I had to get repaired. My neighbor asked me to get a second quote from Al but after a week of trying to get a time scheduled to get a quote, Al told me he would only be willing to “make it look good from 20 feet away” and then told me I was trying to scam the people that hit me when I told him I wanted it back to the way it was before it was hit.
