He refused to help us and demanded my lack of knowledge in dealing with air conditioners. I understand that 2 university degrees does not make me an expert in his field but I have never before been treated so poorly by a service man! DO NOT CONTACT HIM!!!

answered phone right away, rushed me to tell him what i wanted because he said he's very busy. after telling him i needed help with my air conditioner and the make, he just told me that i bought junk and he only sells sleeve ac's...at least he answered the phone right away...still hot, still need ac
All is friendly, professional and honest. He gave me a quick, one day turnaround from the time I called to installation, and the actual installation took less than ½ hour. Very pleased!
