Al and Nikki are great people. Our transmission went out on our way down from Cincinnati. They had my transmission rebuilt and back together in less than a week. They send videos and pictures during the entire process. I highly recommend this shop and if I lived closer they would be my new go to.
I’m not even sure where to begin, but I am truly grateful for Al’s Affordable Auto and Trans. I moved here a year ago with just my daughter and me. I don’t have much support because I made the choice to start over and become a better person and mother. Due to an incident at a local auto parts store, my vehicle turned into a 3500 lb paperweight. They had it towed to Al's and I am grateful they did. Nikki kept me constantly updated and was so understanding with everything that happened. Al made sure the car was up and running with replacement of multiple fuses and the transmission module and vehicle computer module. In town on vacation, and the new transmission I had put in before I left home had way too much oil. They diagnosed and removed the excess oil, and wouldn’t charge me! Highly recommend!
Figured out what was wrong and fixed my alternator in the same day. Honest and real work. 10/10 would recommend.
