Construction site has been left abandoned for well over 12 months.
I have been in the building industry for over 40 years..How these guys have a building license is beyond comprehension. The incompetence and unsafe practices adopted by these guys is horrendous. If you choose to use these guys ask for trade papers. Most of their labour are not trade qualified. Their building methods and practices are woeful and not to standard. These guys are absolute legends ! I went through 6 tendering processes and all were dragged out, they didn't honour their word and when there was an obstacle didn't have the witt to problem solve, making things difficult. Very excited to be working with them . The team has all be so helpful, pleasant & proactive making the whole process enjoyable
