Poor customer service
I cannot get over how frustrating it is working with this company. Their customer service does not exist. Seems like the company no longer cares about recurring customers. The drivers are friendly but the second you get these people on the phone its nothing but lies and excuses. I will no longer be doing business with this company.
I am writing from one business to another. Our company was hired to repair heavy equipment. We completed the job Alro was very happy with the repairs. The project manager that hired us to do the job is now changing the terms of the paying for the job. Alro now ask for insurance certificate which the insurance emailed and faxed.
