I am writing from one business to another. Our company was hired to repair heavy equipment. We completed the job Alro was very happy with the repairs. The project manager that hired us to do the job is now changing the terms of the paying for the job. Alro now ask for insurance certificate which the insurance emailed and faxed. The project manager is now stating that the insurance we have is not enough. We did the job. We was never given any contact to sign about extra insurance. The repair was completed at our place of business not at All Steel. We are just trying to get paid for the work we completed. I have submitted everything on my end the invoice, W9, and Proof of Insurance. We should have been aware before the completion of the job the terms Alro Steel. When we buy steel guess what we pay for it. Be an up standing company and pay for work completed and was happy with.
