Severe lack of actual care, listening to concerns of patients, & communication between doctors. If you are pregnant, I'd recommend looking for an office/staff that actually cares (not here) about discussing your concerns and not a place that herds you in & out like cattle while barely scraping the bare minimum or turns a blind eye to genuine problem with your unborn child.
