They patched my tire but messed up my tire pressure sensor and valve cap in process.
I'm changing my review on this establishment, because since they changed ownership, my review just didn't ring true any more. They are still a good tire store, and have reasonable prices, but it's just not as quick and in and out as it used to be. Having the correct size it's hot or miss, unless you want new tires. I suppose that's understandable though. I still use them, just not the same as it once was.
I would do 4.5 stars due to not resetting oil life on dash
I have been a customer since Neil opened Alray in Valdese. Always good service and if Neil made a mistake, he made it right. Since Tim took over they have damaged or or made three mistakes and denied responsibility everything, I will no longer spent my money at Alray!!!
