Absolutely a rubbish company and rubbish hot tubs appalling customer service to hot tub owners and hot tub sellers your tub is not fit for sale in the uk and I will be letting trading standards know my experience zero stars
I have been trying to get someone to give me info on my spa that I have owned since July/August of 2016. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now. The heater has gone bad they will not give any info to the Pool company that checked it out or return any emails from the contact us on website. The first response I received from the Pool contractor was they didn't know if was covered under warranty, how long have you been in business and never ever another has gone bad.
