I just picked a place from Google and made an appointment. A young man by the name of AJ came by and serviced my two fireplaces. He arrived on time, took off his shoes and went to work. He not only did a thorough job, he took the time to educate me on how to operate the fires for future reference.
Never showed up to appointment. Waited for over an hour. Called 4 times, left voicemail, nothing...
Scheduled an appointment one week in advance. He never showed up!!!!
