Absolutely horrible customer service — easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. They lie straight to your face and take zero responsibility for their mistakes. I refused a piece because it was clearly cut wrong, and instead of fixing it, Drew told the installers to put it in anyway and leave. Even the installers were shocked and apologized for how bad the situation was — they knew it wasn’t right!
