Absolutely horrible customer service — easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. They lie straight to your face and take zero responsibility for their mistakes. I refused a piece because it was clearly cut wrong, and instead of fixing it, Drew told the installers to put it in anyway and leave. Even the installers were shocked and apologized for how bad the situation was — they knew it wasn’t right! The most profession countertop fabricator I've ever worked with in all my years in the industry. Have purchased cabinets and countertops from Alps. Easy to deal with and clear communication. This is a must use company!

Very bad with communication, gives me the option to do stone with either flush or with a gap and then proceeds to ignore my choice. Gives the option to return a piece or install and ignores my choice. Don’t offer an option you’re not willing to do Alps. As a client, you’ll be left with stone cuts you weren’t expecting and snarky attitude.
