Very disorganized, appointment times are not honored it’s FCFS. They are very slow and are not willing to help out drivers. They can see you standing there and won’t even acknowledge. They told me just to keep an eye out when I’m next. I asked who the last truck ahead of of me was? He replied that’s up to you to find out. I don’t blame the staff they get paid hourly. To all drivers: When checking in on the shipping side, make sure you go to Door 2. Receiving is located on the opposite end around Door 39 or 40. When you check in for shipping, have your reference or pickup number ready. You must have that number to check in they won’t accept you without it. Once you’re checked in, the process is straightforward. There’s a check-in screen that logs your information and tells them what you’re picking up. It’ll also assign you a dock. Loaded in less than 10 minutes, in and out 👍
