I had a great experience speaking with one of ALPS' insurance agents - Gabe Downey. He spent more than an hour thoroughly explaining how malpractice insurance worked and what the best coverage will be for my specific circumstance. He also ran through various quotes for me. I have never had such a good experience with an insurance company agent. If you don't know where to start, I highly recommend giving ALPS a call.
Really made the process transparent and easy. Great prices and helpful folks whenever I emailed or called.
I have never had to deal with a claim against me while working with ALPS, but I can say that Eric, my account manager, was fantastic and always willing to answer my questions. The same can be said with the finance department.
If I could give zero stars I could. DO NOT pay money to this company. A simple online search shows that ALPS MALPRACTICE Insurance consistently sues its own policyholders/customers to avoid coverage for MALPRACTICE claims, the very product it offers! It is receiving hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars from lawyers across the country and then not providing the promised product when it is demanded. ALPS Insurance is a scam.
