I started with ALPS and continue to stay with them as they keep it simple and provide great benefits. They are a true sense of security worth the money.
I have been with ALPS since American National Lawyer's Insurance Reciprocal (ANLIR) the Virginia State Bar endorsed carrier became insolvent and went into receivership in 2003 and left me without coverage. I have had a good experience with ALPS, including the easy renewal process, their CLE programs and other services. I recommend ALPS highly.
ALPS has very good customer service. Eric Gorman is a very good, responsive and helpful consultant. I was disappointed in the increase in my premium for the year, but it was sustainable. I would recommend ALPS for malpractice insurance protection.
